About me

I go by Anne Camero — you may also know me as Fatima or Fatima Anne. I’m a full-stack developer dedicated to building the next generation of secure, thoughtfully designed web and mobile applications. With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering from UCI and professional experience spanning oil and gas engineering to finance, I approach development with a multidisciplinary perspective and a commitment to mastering fundamentals. What began as a curiosity driven exploration of IoT and data science has evolved into a focused career building robust, accessible applications.

Looking ahead, I’m driven by a mission to create products that are not only functional and beautiful but also secure and resource efficient. I thrive on challenges, viewing each obstacle as an opportunity to learn and improve. My focus on empathy ensures that every interface I design considers the real people who will use it, while my growth mindset keeps me engaged with emerging technologies and best practices in security and design.

Outside of development, I channel my curiosity into learning Mandarin—finding joy in decoding characters and connecting with new ways of thinking. I’m also working toward advanced calisthenics goals like the planche and front lever, pursuits that strengthen both body and mind. My diverse interests fuel the same persistence and growth mindset I bring to every project.
